Square State Pizza is a weekly pop-up serving crave-worthy Detroit-style pies, baked fresh every week in Louisville, Colorado. We focus on what matters most: crispy, cheesy edges, light and pillowy dough, and top-quality ingredients. Every pizza is made completely from scratch, using dough that's cold-fermented for 72 hours with a custom blend of three artisan flours.

Our menu changes regularly, featuring a rotating mix of classic favorites and creative specials. We keep things small-batch, so when you grab a pizza from us, you're getting something truly special, made with care and a genuine love for great pizza.
